About Our Firm
Our firm was originally founded in 1972 by Robert W. Johnson. Michael G. Kula began working for the firm as a law clerk in 1985 while attending law school. Mike was hired as an associate attorney in 1987 and in 1996 he became the president and managing attorney of the firm. Previously located on Grand Avenue, the firm moved to its current location on Saint Clair Avenue in 1999.
Our knowledgeable and experienced team includes John Kastan, the firm’s paralegal, who has more than 35 years of experience working in the areas of probate and trust administration and real estate. Our legal assistant, Erika Cardona, has more than 12 years of experience working in a small law office setting. Mike’s wife, Alison, has been the firm’s office manager and bookkeeper since 1999.
